Another two tracks made for a composing jam but this time they're good for real!
I chose to do the text theme "Inside my World" and wrote some music based on some of the bands I've been listening too, as well as my general state of mind.
The voice is done in Synth V using Mai, otherwise most of the sounds were done in either Helm or Vital and Addictive Keys, as well as some samples I made years ago + ones from ableton

1.  End of a World

Empty inside, and yet time marches on. You have to keep going somehow

Inspired by songs like Sanctuary by Ok Goodnight and the Gris soundtrack  by Berlinist, I wanted to capture the empty feeling I felt finishing the first trimester of my final year at university -it was a lot of hard work and stress but once it was over, it felt weird having nothing to do for weeks... But eventually you gotta pick yourself up and find something else to motivate you other than impending doom right? I say, writing this mere hours before the ost jam deadline...

2. Battle Music

Surrounded and out numbered, how will you escape?

I'm actually writing a video game pitch for uni at the moment and I needed some tunes to motivate me while I figure out combat mechanics, so why not write some fighting music myself (this isn't procrastination if I use it in my pitch)!
